In all dedicated models, you can opt for one of these options:
- Get it fully configured (ready to use) as a seedbox. You get it with a FTP server, all major bittorrent clients and interfaces including rtorrent (with 3 interfaces),
utorrent and torrentflux-b4rt, a VPN, and a binary news downloader. When you get this option, we provide full support and upgrades.
- Get just the server with a basic linux distribution of your choice (all major distributions are available). You get root access, and you install anything you want on your server. When you get this option, we provide reinstalls and reboots on demand, but we do not provide support (we just can't help with software you install and configure that we may not even know). This option is great for power users, but it's not recommended if you don't know your way around linux.
NEW! Our personal servers now come with free VPN, a binary news downloader and uTorrent!. Also, we feature the most complete client installation with all servers coming with rtorrent, utorrent and torrentflux-b4rt (all at the same time, so you can use the one you like most)
Note: France datacenters now have a setup fee, however monthly prices are lower. For rentals of 3 months or more it's actually cheaper to pay the setup fee and get the lower monthly price.
Existing users (those with an existing server or a pending order) can keep their current server and the current price for as long as they want, no changes.
